Shipping & Returns


We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, we require proof of purchase and your item must be unused and returned in the same condition and packaging that you received it. After 30 days unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to NINE O, in addition to a 20% restocking fee. If you are shipping an item over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. NINE O is not responsible for lost items during return shipment.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will send you a confirmation email once returned items are received and inspected. If your return is approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2 weeks for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will exchange any items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a defected or damaged item please contact NINE O, with photos for proof, and we will have a replacement processed for you right away.
